Waiting outside and no taxi so I go back on the app to see my taxi had been cancelled..I phone the office to book a taxi and say I had booked via the app but had been canceled to be told if we don't have a driver available then we cancel...the text said despatched and told me the make and color of the taxi...so do not tell me despatched then say cancelled as no driver avaliable....STAY AWAY..."
